O'Quin Health Update 3/7/07 O'Quin is doing "great". He is able to walk with the help of a physical therapist short ways. His spirits are good. He is getting his strength back daily. He was just moved to RM 526 this afternoon. He is on the skilled nursing floor for more therapy. He is enjoying the cards and email messages. We appreciate all your prayers and continue to keep him in your prayers.
3/5/07 O'Quin is doing fine and improving. He appreciates all your phone calls, cards, letters and flowers and asks that you continue to keep him and his wife Elaine in your prayers. Contact the church office for his room number at Citizen's Medical Center in Victoria.

Pat's Pride It’s hard to believe that it is time to think about registering for school next year already, but here we are.
With the coming of springtime and thoughts of new things growing and blossoming, we must think of new little ones that will be coming to Lynn Flowers Presbyterian Preschool to blossom next year. As we begin to think about children to come, it is hard to realize that our time and impact with some of these sweet kids is almost over, too.
We always want to reach out to all the children in this church and those related to this sweet church family. We will begin registration on Monday, February 26 for church families and families that are currently enrolled in the preschool.
Our children’s classes are for ages two, three, and four. We offer 2 day classes, 3 day classes and 5 day classes.
If you are interested, or know someone that is, please have them call me at 682-1192, or have them come visit the Preschool. I would love to share Lynn’s vision with anyone interested.
Registration for the outside public begins Monday, March 19, so if you are interested, please act on it before then in order for us to be able to accommodate you.
Thank you. We look forward to another blessed year.

Volunteers & Equipment Needed! Your Congregational Care Committee is looking for volunteers to help with visitations of the homebound, people in the hospital and someone who would be willing just to call and talk to a shut-in and let them know that we are thinking of them. Also we need help in delivering the flowers on sunday morning when they are designated for the shut-ins. We are also compiling a list of medical equipment that could be used by our members when they are needed such as: wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc. If you have such equipment, please contact the church office, so the committee can call on you for the equipment when needed. This is a great ministry to give a helping hand to someone who needs a loving person to brighten a lonely one’s day.
Contact the church office or Carol Crosby at 787-1361 to get involved in this committee.
